Microsoft HoloLens opens up a whole new world of possibilities through immersive mixed reality experiences. It enables countless new professions to utilize MR solutions for solving real life problems. We used this emerging technology to create AWAKE, an emergency room simulator for medical training. In this session we will overview the specifics of developing MR applications on HoloLens. We will also present some interesting challenges that arose during development of our simulation.
