New kid on the block (relatively new) - Copilot Cowork - does the work and hands you the finished artefact. In this session we position Cowork against Chat and traditional agents, explain what it is then break down what makes it tick: Skills, Plugins, Work IQ, and the usage-based billing gate that must be switched on before anyone in your tenant sees it at all. We go deeper on extending Cowork: authoring your own skills as simple SKILL.md instructions to encode your team's standards and bundling them with connectors as plugins to reach the systems where your data actually lives, with tips and tricks from the field.
