Ivanka Hadji-Petrusheva Meloska graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and holds a specialization in Microbiology and an MSc in Molecular Biology. She brings more than 25 years of laboratory experience, including 15 years of consulting in laboratory accreditation and quality management. Throughout her career, she combines clinical laboratory experience with compliance expertise, helping laboratories strengthen quality systems, achieve accreditation, and implement standards. Today, Ivanka is particularly focused on digital transformation, including the practical adoption of Microsoft 365 to enhance collaboration, information management, workflow optimization, and efficiency. Her work explores how AI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, can be implemented correctly, responsibly, while safeguarding data integrity, transparency and patient safety. With a cross-disciplinary perspective, she connects laboratory practice, quality management, and digital technologies to help laboratories benefit from the digital technologies. Outside her professional work, she values spending time with her family.
