Mel Pirc is an IT infrastructure and cloud professional with experience in designing, implementing, and supporting complex and business-critical IT environments. His technical background includes virtualization, data center infrastructure, networking, availability and cloud technologies, with a primary focus on solutions from vendors such as VMware, StarWind, Trend Micro and Citrix. He has participated in and carried out several migration projects for organisations in both the private and public sectors, including migrations to hybrid or public cloud environments. In his current role as Head of Cloud Solutions at ACTUAL I.T., he is responsible for cloud architecture, service availability and the ongoing development of the PRO.CLOUD platform. His work combines technical and strategic planning, with an emphasis on security, compliance, and reliable service delivery.
