Her work focuses on enterprise and entrepreneurship education, researcher development, inclusive pedagogy and the changing capabilities needed by students, researchers and professionals in uncertain and technology-driven environments. Through her teaching, research and national leadership role with EEUK, Vicky works closely with educators, universities and enterprise communities to advance more inclusive, creative and future-facing approaches to entrepreneurship and management education.

Aldo is an Assistant Professor at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University, specialising in design innovation, entrepreneurship, strategic design and future-oriented management. He is a former Head of Product Innovation for a global pharmaceutical company, with over 14 years’ experience as a facilitator, lecturer and consultant across business, education, government, SMEs and pharmaceutical sectors. His work explores how organisations can use design-led methods, futures thinking and problem finding to navigate ambiguity, technological change and new ways of working. At Northumbria, Aldo teaches in the Business Clinic, supporting students to build consultancy capabilities and work with real clients, from large international companies to SMEs and solo entrepreneurs. Aldo holds a PhD from Northumbria University on design entrepreneurship. His research and publications cover designer-entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial education, strategic design, tactile collaboration, back-casting and AI-mediated futures.

Maša Košak

Maša Košak is a doctoral researcher, PhD candidate, and member of the Department of Management and Organization at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. Her research focuses on the future of work, employee well-being and recovery from work, organizational resilience, and the ways organizations can create work environments that enable people to thrive and perform sustainably over the long term. She is a member of the international research group Humanizing Digital Work (HDW), which explores how work can be designed to remain human-centered in the digital age. She is also actively involved in Zlata nit (The Golden Thread), a long-running media and research initiative that examines the quality of relationships between employees and organizations and recognizes Slovenia’s best employers. In 2024, she received the Young HR Hope Award, a recognition presented to promising young professionals in the field of human resource management.
