Maša Košak is a doctoral researcher, PhD candidate, and member of the Department of Management and Organization at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana. Her research focuses on the future of work, employee well-being and recovery from work, organizational resilience, and the ways organizations can create work environments that enable people to thrive and perform sustainably over the long term. She is a member of the international research group Humanizing Digital Work (HDW), which explores how work can be designed to remain human-centered in the digital age. She is also actively involved in Zlata nit (The Golden Thread), a long-running media and research initiative that examines the quality of relationships between employees and organizations and recognizes Slovenia’s best employers. In 2024, she received the Young HR Hope Award, a recognition presented to promising young professionals in the field of human resource management.
