Yanna Andronopoulou has served as General Manager of Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, Malta and the Adriatics since July 2026, leading the region’s digital transformation through AI innovation, strategic partnerships and the development of Microsoft’s first local hyperscale datacentres. With more than 30 years of international leadership experience at Microsoft, Huawei, Ericsson and Intracom Group, she is a strong advocate for inclusive growth and gender equity in technology. She also leads Microsoft’s Culture and Inclusion Dialogues across nine Southeast European countries. A regular speaker at international technology and leadership forums, Yanna has received several distinctions, including CEO of the Year by Infocom in 2024 and recognition among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in 2024 and 2025.
